Conflict Minerals Policy Statement

CCK Automations Inc. is committed to sourcing components and materials from supply chain partners that share our values around human rights, ethics and environmental responsibility. We expect all of our suppliers to maintain a high level of integrity and follow the same principles.

CCK Automations is not a publicly traded company and is not bound by Section 1502 of the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act to report annually the presence of conflict minerals (tin, tungsten, tantalum and gold, or 3TG) originating in the Democratic Republic of the Congo or adjoining countries. However, CCK Automations requires its suppliers to identify the presence of conflict materials, when known.

CCK Automations supports the goal of ending violence, human rights violations and environmental devastation around the globe. CCK Automations is committed to complying with all requirements applicable to our company. CCK Automations will strive to work cooperatively with our customers and supply chain partners in implementing conflict minerals compliance programs.

CCK Automations may reconsider our ability to partner with suppliers who are unable to comply with this Policy.
